Strategic Premonition

It’s sleeping in even though your husband is an early riser. It’s wearing a bright pink floral jumpsuit because when you put it on, you feel FREE. It’s saying no to that promotion, that relationship, that next big thing, because when you close your eyes, you feel numbness instead of joy.

It’s listening to the song of your soul, when even those closest to you say, “Isn’t what you have already good enough?”

Strategic Premonition is the act of aligning every part of your life to your soul. It’s the call to more depth, more beauty, more fulfillment. It’s the question that you hear when you lay down at night, “Is this worth it?”

You feel it in your body. In every cell of your being. You know. You may not know why or how to get there, but you know you need to be on that beach in Central America  with a Paloma in your hand and a tiny hut behind you where you escape to twice a year to just BE. You can’t explain it to the friend who is asking you why you want a dingy beach hut instead of a girls trip to a 5-star all inclusive resort. But you feel your whole body open and expand when you dream about waking up to the salt air, the quiet hum of the ceiling fan above you, and the sea birds calling from the beach.

It takes discipline and confidence. You have to learn how to first listen to your soul. YOUR soul. Not your husband’s, not your best friends’, not your boss’s. You have to be willing to tune out all the well intentioned advice and tune in to your true Knowing.

Now I’m not saying you disregard guidance from those you trust with the desires of your soul, but I am saying that only you can truly listen to the song of your soul.

And sometimes it takes someone teaching you how to listen to your soul. How to quiet the monkey chatter in your brain—the doubt, the fear, the insecurity. That’s where I come in. I am here to help you see your future which is the fullest expression of your soul. I’m here to help you create the container for you to explore your values, your purpose, and your soul’s work, because on the other side of that numbness and fear is confidence, joy, and resilience.
